Who Membership is for
Families with school-age kids and aging parents. Working adults whose HMO doesn't fully cover preventive care. Anyone who's tired of remembering which vaccines are due when. If you'd plausibly use two or more bundles a year, membership pays for itself.
It's not for one-off needs (a single anti-rabies series after a bite, a single travel consult). For those, pay per visit — no commitment.

Can I use Membership benefits at any branch?
Yes — all 12 SureVax branches share the same patient record and honor Membership pricing equally.
What happens if I move out of Metro Manila?
Membership is non-transferable but we'll refund the unused portion if you relocate beyond reasonable distance from all branches.
Does Membership replace my HMO?
No — they work together. We still bill your HMO for covered items; Membership reduces your out-of-pocket on everything else.
Can I add my parent on a separate household?
Each membership covers one household. For separate addresses, each member needs their own plan; we offer 15% off the second within the same family.
