Our Doctors

Real licensed Filipino clinicians. Not a telehealth layer.

Every vaccinator at SureVax is a Philippine Regulation Commission–licensed doctor or nurse. We don't outsource, we don't sub-contract, and we don't use AI as a substitute for clinical judgment. Care is administered by humans you can name.

How we hire

Standards we hire to

Every clinician completes a SureVax onboarding program covering anti-rabies PEP/PrEP protocol, cold chain management, paediatric vaccination, adverse event response, and our patient-care standards. Recurrent training every 6 months keeps everyone current with WHO and Philippine Society guidelines.

We maintain a 1:200 clinician-to-monthly-patient ratio so nobody is rushed. Most branches have a primary clinician and at least one rotating senior who can step in when volume spikes.

What we provide our team

Why our clinicians stay

  • Above-market base pay with paid recurrent training.
  • Predictable schedules — no overnight ER shifts or 30-hour rotations.
  • Clean, well-equipped clinical spaces designed for vaccination work.
  • Patient population that's pre-educated (this site does the heavy lifting).
  • Real continuing-education time, paid and protected.
